Dr. Oscar Eduardo Castro Castro
Medical Director
Dr. Eduardo is a medical surgeon who has served the Puerto Peñasco community for more than 20 years. He oversees every treatment plan, meets each patient on treatment day and directs follow-up care.

Michael A. Jasper
Founder
Mike founded Rocky Point Regenerative Therapy Center after dealing with his own joint pain and traveling to clinics in Cancún and Puerto Vallarta for treatment. He wanted Arizona patients to have the same option much closer to home, with a physician he trusted and pricing people could afford.
Mike has 33 years of experience building and running businesses, with a focus on customer service and making the process simple for patients. He is often your first point of contact and can help with scheduling and transportation from Phoenix.
Mike is originally from Manchester, Iowa. He and his wife Annette have been married more than 25 years and have two grown sons.
Jesús Bejarano
Patient Relations and Partner
Jesús grew up between Arizona and Rocky Point, MX and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Before joining the clinic, he spent about seven years helping residents and visitors in Rocky Point with real estate, and was named a top-performing agent at Rocky Point Premier Group in 2022.
That local knowledge helps patients plan their stay, from where to sleep to where to eat.
Edgar Javier Cuadras Ángulo
Medical Assistant
Edgar has worked alongside Dr. Eduardo at Clínica San Eduardo since 2011. He supports patients before, during and after treatment, assists with procedures and handles nursing support and clinic administration.
